Instructions for using the pen and gel refill
1. Before first use
Check whether the gel refill is secured with a protective plastic tip.
Remove the tip by gently writing a few strokes on paper.
Do not pull it off with your fingers to avoid damaging the writing point.
2. Extending and retracting the pen
Press the mechanism (click or twist, depending on the model) to extend the refill.
Always retract the tip after writing – this protects the mechanism and prevents stains.
3. Proper use of the gel refill
Write at a slight angle (approx. 45°).
Do not press too hard – the gel flows naturally, and excessive pressure may damage the tip.
If the refill skips, draw a few short lines to restore ink flow.
4. Storage and carrying
Always carry the pen in your pocket with the tip retracted.
Store in a case or separate compartment to avoid accidental activation.
Avoid storing in high temperatures, as heat may affect ink viscosity.
Instructions for using the pen and standard refill
1. Before first use
Check if the tip has a protective wax or ink dot.
Remove it by making a few short strokes on paper.
Do not scratch the tip with sharp objects as this may damage the ball.
2. Extending and retracting the pen
Press or twist the mechanism (depending on the model) to extend the refill.
Always retract the tip after writing to protect the mechanism and prevent stains.
3. Proper use of the refill
Write at a slight angle (approx. 40–50°).
Standard refills require slightly more pressure than gel refills — too little pressure may cause skipping.
If the refill skips, make a few short lines or warm the tip with your hand.
4. Storage and carrying
Always carry the pen in your pocket with the tip retracted.
Store in a case or separate compartment to avoid accidental activation.
Avoid high temperatures, as ink may thin and leak.
Replacing the refill
Unscrew the barrel according to the model's construction.
Remove the used refill and insert a new one, ensuring it is properly seated.
After assembly, test on paper with a few strokes.
